VEEDIA 3G LBS employs positioning services to provide information about a user's surrounding environment, using location to filter relevant information. By simply entering a street address or postal code, on-the-go 3G users have the capability to locate facilities nearby—or in a specific area, and receive detailed business listings including dynamic maps and driving directions. VEEDIA also can automatically detect the position of a user based on the location of their 3G mobile phone.
